Step 1 — Decide what may be delivered here
Write yes/no for personal parcels, COD, large items, and food deliveries. Put it in house rules (#32). Day-one mention: #33.
Step 2 — Align with condo / lobby rules
If security must register her or hold parcels, follow #121. Couriers at the door are not overnight visitors (#127).
Step 3 — Who signs and who opens
Agree: she signs for her parcels; you do not open her mail. Privacy: #29. Trust with standards: #44.
Step 4 — When you are away
If deliveries continue while you travel, brief her in the travel checklist (#134). Family visits do not rewrite parcel rules (#143).
Step 5 — Storage and access
