Step 1 — Book it like a real meeting
Pick a calm slot (not during dinner chaos). Both co-employers aligned first (#120). Tell her the purpose: review, not ambush.
Step 2 — Use a fair agenda

- Her questions / what she needs from you

Step 3 — Separate coaching from path decisions

Date, agreed standards, her requests you accepted, follow-up date. Keep with employment notes.
Step 5 — Loop the licensed EA when needed
