Step 1 — Tell the licensed EA early
Share target move date and new address type (HDB / condo / landed) as soon as it is firm. Ask what Work Pass / residential updates your case needs under soft MOM rules (#26, #108). No invented deadlines or fees.
Step 2 — Plan her room and privacy in the new home
- Sleeping space ready before move-in night
- Storage for her personal items
- Bathroom access expectations

Step 4 — Reset duties for the new space
New floor area and tools change the job. Walk the home once together: cleaning zones, laundry setup, kitchen appliances, elderly/child routes. Do not assume old timings still fit.
Step 5 — Insurance / admin follow-through
