Step 1 — Confirm logistics with the EA
- Date, time, address, parking / arrival instructions
- How many helpers are scheduled
- Video vs in-person for any overseas candidates

Step 2 — Align co-employers before you go
Same must-haves and deal-breakers. Bring one printed brief: duties, language, rest-day pattern themes, childcare/elderly/pets needs. No nationality ranking.
Step 3 — Pack your bag
