Agencies usually arrange SIP enrollment within MOM timelines. Employers ensure the helper completes medical checks and attends sessions on schedule.
After SIP completion
Continue home orientation with clear house rules, rest-day plans, and emergency contacts. Combine official SIP learning with your household-specific routines.
