What the IPA represents
IPA indicates MOM approval in principle for the helper to work in Singapore subject to remaining conditions — medical screening, SIP where applicable, and valid travel documents.
Employer tasks after IPA
Coordinate travel dates with the agency, prepare accommodation, arrange insurance and bond if not already done, and plan orientation for arrival week. Do not treat IPA as the final Work Permit.
Before arrival day
