Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how authorized SocialPost users and Facebook Login users can remove connected social data from Smart Maid Singapore Platform ("we", "us", or "our"). For our full privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect a social account in SocialPost

If your agency uses SocialPost at smartmaid.com.sg/socialpost:

1. Sign in to SocialPost.
2. Open Channels.
3. Click Disconnect on the Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other profile you want to remove.

Disconnecting revokes our ability to publish on your behalf and removes stored OAuth tokens for that profile from our systems.

2. Remove our app from Facebook / Meta

You can also remove the All Socials Meta app from your Facebook account:

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations or Apps and websites.
3. Find the app connected to SocialPost and choose Remove.

When Meta notifies us of removal, we mark the related SocialPost connection as disconnected and delete stored access tokens for that account.

3. Request deletion of other stored data

To request deletion of SocialPost drafts, scheduled posts metadata, or other personal data we hold, email us via our contact page with the subject line Data deletion request and include:

• Your agency or business name
• The email used for SocialPost or your Facebook account email
• Which platforms to delete (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.)

We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
